Toy Auction Processing
We were approached by a customer of ours that does toy liquidation resale on Amazon and Walmart. We handle the inbound quality inspection and subseqeunt routing of the items to the fulfillment merchant of the customer’s choosing. The customer was able to move 85-90% of the inbound goods to the merchants but had about 10% of the items that were unable to be listed on those marketplaces that would then be turned around and sold for pennies on the dollar to liquidation sites effectively cutting the customer’s possible margins by 95%. We developed a process with the customer to find an alternative marketplace to list the items on for 80% of retail value. We handle all fulfillment of these items and are able to help the customer make net profits off of an assumed loss.
