Do you charge minimums?
We don’t charge minimums based on order volume. Our model is based on your inventory footprint, and 95% of companies qualify for no additional storage minimums, which makes us an ideal fit for growing brands and startups.
Can I use ODWF if I only have a few orders per week?
Absolutely. We welcome brands that are just starting out. Our flexible, no-contract approach means you only pay for the space and services you use.
Are there setup fees?
There’s a one-time onboarding fee (currently $195), which may be waived during special promotions. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments.
Do you support multi-channel fulfillment (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)?
Yes. We fulfill orders for Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop and other platforms from a single inventory pool, so you can grow across channels without juggling stock.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Our services are pay-as-you-go. You’re free to scale up or down as your business changes.
What kinds of brands do you work with?
Small and growing DTC brands, usually Shopify-first, shipping up to about 5,000 orders a month with up to 500 active SKUs. We don’t handle refrigerated or climate-controlled goods, food-grade storage, or most hazmat.
