On-Demand Warehousing & Fulfillment was founded by Dustin Brearton after 23 years at Expeditors, to give growing DTC brands big-operation discipline with a small-company owner who picks up the phone.
Built for legacy and my family’s security
I spent 23 years at Expeditors. Along the way I built a distribution operation from the ground up: multiple buildings totaling more than 200,000 square feet, more than 15,000 orders a day, and 50 jobs that didn’t exist before. It was a great career, and I left in good standing.
In 2024 I took a hard look at what the next 15 to 20 years would look like if I stayed. A long career is rewarding, but it has an end date: when you stop working, the paycheck stops too. I could keep building a 401(k), or I could build a company that outlasts me: a legacy, and real security for my family, something they can be part of and benefit from long after I’m done working.
So in September 2024, I started On-Demand Warehousing & Fulfillment.
We chose Jacksonville for the warm weather and the port-city life. For a 3PL, being minutes from JAXPORT and three interstates doesn’t hurt either.
That’s why every client relationship matters here. A company built for my family’s future only lasts if it takes care of the brands that trust it. You get the systems and discipline I learned running 15,000 orders a day, applied to your 50 a day, and you get the owner’s direct line.

Our facility at 4345 Perimeter Industrial Pkwy has dedicated pick-pack space and dock-level doors, set up for parcel-heavy DTC brands rather than truckload freight.
