How much does order fulfillment cost?
Your bill is itemized: receiving, storage based on your inventory footprint, a per-order pick and pack fee, packaging, and postage at our carrier rates. There are no order minimums and a one-time $195 onboarding fee. Answer a few questions on our quote form and we’ll send exact pricing, usually within 1 business day.
What is your same-day shipping cutoff?
Orders that reach us by noon Eastern ship the same day.
How do orders get from my Shopify store to your warehouse?
We connect to your Shopify store in a few clicks. New orders flow to our pack floor automatically, and tracking numbers are pushed back to Shopify so your customers are notified.
How long does it take to switch to On-Demand?
Most brands are live in about a week. We connect your store, receive and count your inventory, and run test orders before go-live.
Can you fulfill wholesale and DTC orders from the same inventory?
Yes. DTC orders, wholesale and B2B shipments, and marketplace orders all ship from one inventory pool, so you never have to split stock.
Do you offer branded packaging and inserts?
Yes. We handle branded boxes, inserts, gift notes, kitting and bundles to your specs.
What happens if an order is packed wrong?
Every order is recorded on video at the pack station, so we can see exactly what went in the box. If we made the mistake, we make it right.
